Transforming Our Communities With Jesus Loving Presence

Nativity is embarking on a parish and diocesan journey to transform both the community we worship in and the community we live in. This journey is known around the diocese as “one-by-One” and it invites each of us to envision the future of our church and invest prayer, time and resources into making that vision a reality.
